Let us know what it is like to book or hire a room at the Victoria Dock Village Hall and Community Centre. We are looking for feedback to improve the booking service and the appearance of the Hall itself.

Victoria Dock Village Hall Community Association

The Victoria Dock Village Hall provides you with the option of booking one or more of three rooms and also offers the use of kitchen facilities. All of the rooms are named with a nautical theme to reflect the history of the area.

The Captain's Room

The Captain's room is the smallest of the rooms and is perfect for holding small meetings and events with small numbers of people.


The room contains a meeting table with enough seating for twelve people.

The Commodore's Room

The Commodore's room is the second largest room and is perfect for holding meetings, presentations and small parties.


The room contains tables, chairs and simple presentation facilities with enough seating for twenty five people.

The Admiral's Hall

Admiral's Hall is the largest room and is perfect for holding large parties and events. The room contains tables, chairs and has capacity for 170 people.


Due to its large size, this room is very versatile and can accommodate a large variety of activities.

The Galley

The Galley is the hall's kitchen facility containing a cooker, fridge, freezer, crockery and cutlery. These facilities can be booked alongside any of the rooms for a small one off fee.

*Residents of Victoria Dock are automatically considered members. Proof of address is needed when booking to gain the discount.
